At Chanely Pure & Simple, each item is handmade with care, intention, and attention to quality. Because many of our products are personal care items made in small batches, we kindly ask customers to review our policy before placing an order.
Returns
Due to the nature of handmade body care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider because apparently modern technology can launch rockets into space but still needs 3–10 business days to move your money back.
We reserve the right to deny refunds for:

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production or packaging has not already started.

Please review ingredient lists carefully before use. Chanely Pure & Simple is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to ingredients. We recommend performing a patch test before full use of any product.
