Processing Times
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary depending on order volume and product availability.
Most orders are processed within 7–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Custom, bulk, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
Shipping
Orders are shipped using available carrier services within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, Chanely Pure & Simple is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, weather interruptions, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout. Tiny cardboard boxes apparently begin their own unpredictable life journey once handed to shipping carriers.
Customers will receive tracking information once an order has been shipped, when applicable.
Local Pickup Option
We offer a local pickup option for customers who prefer to receive their order in person.
Store pickup must be requested and arranged in advance. Pickup may take place at a safe local meeting point agreed upon by both parties.
Customers will be contacted once their order is ready to arrange pickup details.
Please do not arrive for pickup without confirmation.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can review the issue and assist you.
